Born in Istanbul, Emir took his first photography lessons from his dad who was an underwater photographer. In college years, he played guitar and dreamed of being a rockstar. Fortunately he quickly retired of being a "Rock Star".

After graduating from Istanbul University, he started to work for a TV production company. And then, at some point, Emir decided to build a career as a photographer, which is the best decision he has ever made. He is serving the best corporation and agencies in Turkey since 2005.

He married to his lovely wife In 2013 and in 2016 he became a father. Now he also a MTB rider, you can see him on the trails !
